Every DDQ answer,
checked against
what's on file.

An allocator sends the questionnaire with a deadline. Orivade answers from your own signed documents and correspondence, and flags every claim the file doesn't support — before you send it.

The answer exists. You just can't show your work.

THU 09:40

An allocator's questionnaire arrives with a due date. Ninety questions. The answers exist, spread across four inboxes, a drive, and two people's memory.

THU 16:20

You write that the fund has never had a material valuation restatement. You believe it. You cannot show where you checked.

FRI 11:05

The question turns on a side letter signed in 2023. The person who negotiated it left in March.

None of it is incompetence. It is what happens when there is no record — only an inbox, a drive, and a spreadsheet last touched on Tuesday.

Every investor, on one screen. Ask it anything.

Open any name above and Orivade shows the whole story: what they signed, what is still open, and where every answer comes from.

Nothing sends until you approve it

“Daniel — following up on the subscription package from the 18th. We're finalizing the July 14 close and yours is the last signature outstanding. Happy to have counsel connect if that's easier.”

Drafts that sound like you wrote them.

Turn it on during setup and Orivade learns how you write from the emails you have already sent: your greetings, your sign-offs, the way you word things. It learns your style, never the content. You still read and send every message yourself.

Rachel — ahead of the close: capital call #2 is still open, and I'd like to confirm the current wire instructions before anything moves. Could your team verify the receiving bank on file?

Read-only, through Google or Microsoft's own secure sign-in. Orivade never sees or stores your password, and you can turn off access anytime.

04.2

Use

Your emails build your own record and nothing else. We never share it, mix it with anyone else's, or use it to train AI.

04.3

Review

Orivade writes drafts. You send them. It never sends anything on its own, so the final call always stays with you.

04.4

Exit

Ask for your full record any time, in common formats — we'll send it. If you leave, your data leaves with you.

Pricing details

Workspace implementation, $299 once per workspace — charged when you sign up to Core or Firm, and never again. It covers reading in your mailbox, processing and OCR-ing documents, linking investors and funds, and building the index behind search and Fund Memory. Institution and Custom are quoted with implementation included.

Founding pricing holds for twelve months after your 14-day trial ends, then steps to the standard rate shown above — both rates are set the day you sign up.

Historical data migration — optional

Years of records living in legacy mailboxes, archived documents, PST files, or several funds at once? We will reconstruct them for you as a white-glove migration, scoped to what you actually have.
