Subprocessors
Every third party that processes fund or investor data on Orivade's behalf, and what each one sees. This list is a subset of the fuller descriptions in our Privacy Policy Last updated: August 13, 2026
Orivade uses the providers below to run infrastructure and features on your behalf. Each processes customer data only to provide its service to Orivade, under terms that prohibit any other use.
Gmail and Microsoft 365 are not subprocessors: you authorize Orivade's access to your mailbox directly with Google or Microsoft, and can revoke it there at any time.
| Provider | Purpose | Data processed |
|---|---|---|
| Vercel | Application hosting | Web traffic |
| Neon | Postgres database | Investor records, commitments, documents, account data |
| Cloudflare R2 | Original document storage | PDFs and other attachments |
| Anthropic | AI drafting, Fund Memory answers, and summaries | Message and document content sent to fulfill requests |
| Voyage AI | Embeddings for semantic search | Message and document text |
| Stripe | Subscription billing | Billing contact and subscription status; card details go to Stripe directly |

All nine are US-region services. None trains generalized models on your data — see the AI processing and Google user data sections of the Privacy Policy for the terms that bind Anthropic and Voyage AI specifically. We will update this page before adding or replacing a subprocessor; material changes are also covered by the notice period in the Privacy Policy's Changes section.
