Commitment Period
The window in which a fund can call capital for new investments, running from the initial closing to a date the LPA fixes — commonly a fifth anniversary, extendable by consent and endable early by investor vote or a key person event.
Orivade keeps this on the investor's record — linked to the email or document it came from, so the current status is one search away the moment an LP asks.
