How billing works

Plans are priced by how many funds or vehicles you run and how many mailboxes you connect — not by investor count or document volume.

Founding pricing locks in a lower rate for your first twelve billing periods, then steps up to the standard rate. Both prices are set at signup, so the increase is never a surprise change to your existing rate — it's the schedule you agreed to.

New workspaces also pay a one-time setup fee. It covers the work Orivade does before you see anything: reading your mailbox, processing documents, and building your first record. It's charged once per workspace, not on renewal.
