What Orivade can see in your documents

Orivade only sees what a connected mailbox or document source actually grants it. A folder you didn't connect, or a SharePoint library outside the granted site, stays invisible — Orivade doesn't go looking.

Being indexed isn't the same as being part of your record. Documents Orivade finds are searchable and reference-able, but nothing is treated as confirmed fact until a person confirms it.
